  BJS PRESSURE REDUCING PROPORTIONAL PILOT CONTROL VALVE

BJS减压式比例先导阀（简称先导阀）是为引进美国卡特彼勒（Caterpillar）950、966和980轮式装载机的国产化配套元件。该阀具有操作简单、控制灵敏、工作可靠、安装维修方便、实现远距离控制等优点。适用于装载机、推土机等大中型工程机械对液动换向阀进行比例先导控制。

The BJS pressure reducing proportional pilot control valve (pilot valve) is for the introduction of the 950,966and 980 wheel loaders (U.S.Caterpillar) of home-made kit. It is easy to control sensitive,reliable,easy to install maintenance and realize the advantages of remote control.Applicable to large and medium-sized construction machinery such as loaders, bulldozers etc.On the hydraulic valve for the ratio of pilot control.

原理简介 PRINCIPLE INTRODUCTION

该阀操纵结构有两种，BJS1-B3T5S（或BJS1-B3T4S）为两个手柄，位于两侧，每个阀杆单独动作。BJS1-B3T4S有五个控制口，其中K5和K4口联动，利用K5口功能，控制相应的单向元件，如远控补油阀等，即可在三位阀（液动换向阀中）的基础上，十分便利地实现四位浮动使传统的四位阀结构大为简化。

BJS1-B3T4为单手柄，居中放置，可以操作四个阀杆，根据液压系统的要求，每个杆可以单独动作，也可两个同时动作。

专用推土机设置了特殊定位装置，实现浮动位定位。

It has two kinds of control structure,BJS1-B3T5S(or BJS1-B3T4S) with two handle located on both sides.Each individual stem action.The BJS1-B3T5S with five control ports,K4 and K5 which may be coupled,K5 features the used of the mouth, the one-way control components , such as the far-controlled oil fill valve,and so on,can in the three-valve (in the hydraulic valve) on the basis of very convenient to achieve four floating  make the traditional four-valve structure greatly simplified.

BJS1-B3T4 with single handle,placed in the middle,can operate in four stem,in accordance with the requirements of the hydraulic system,each bar can be a separate action,but also at the same time the two movements.

It is set up a special positioning device in private bulldozers,positioning the realization of floating bit.
