QF28全负荷传感多路换向阀是我公司最新研制的专利产品。它的研制参考了目前具有国际先进水平的全液压起重机液压系统的工作原理及各项技术指标，成功地满足了当前国内QY50、QY60、QY80型等全液压起重机和80T以下履带吊的发展需求，特别是其优良的全负荷传感功能，使起重机的控制精度得以全面提高，能量损失降至最低，可称之为高精度控制的节能性产品。QF28全负荷传感多路换向阀的开发适应了国内起重机行业的发展趋势，在起重机行业及其它工程机械、矿山机械方面均有很高的应用价值。目前大量用于起重机、履带吊、旋钻机和大型船舶机械上。

The QF28 full load sensing multiple directional control valve is the latest patent product developed by our company by making full used of the working principle and all technical parameters of the most advanced full hydraulic crane system having international level.It has filled the demand by model QY50,QY60 and QY80 full hydraulic cranes.Its high quality full load sensing function improves the controlling accuracy of the cranes and minimize energy loss,which may be referred to as best energy-saving product with high accuracy control.The QF28 full load sensing multiple directional valve has met the demand in the domestic crane industry,which will be widely applied in cranes,engineering and mining machinery.At present,it is also used to cranes ,caterpillar cranes ,drill machine and large shipping machinery.

功能特点 FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES

全负荷传感：每个工作连都有压力流量补偿阀，各工作油口均可按主机执行机构的要求，提供相应的流量，并保证执行机构的工作速度不受负载变化的影响，具有优良的可操作性能。

Full-load sensor:With pressure flow compensation valve to each working joints,each ports can provide corresponding flow to implement the requirements of the host institution .And to ensure the implementation of working speed will not be affected by load changes with a good operating performance.

多泵供油：双泵双系统工作时，可实现单向或双向顺序合流。

Supply oil with multiple pumps:When working with double pumps and double systems,one-way or two-way convergence of the order can be realized.

抗干扰性：在进行复合运动时，各执行机构的动作速度均不相互影响，可轻松实现各种复合运动。

Anti-jamming:In compound action,the implementing agencies of the speed of action did not affect each other,can easily achieve a variety of complex movements.

微动特性：合理的调速通流面积变化，可获得稳定的微小流量输出，可实现2-3mm的点动操作的精准控制，特别有利于贵重或危险物资的装卸工况作业。

Micro inching characteristic:A reasonable speed of the flow changes in the area,access to a stable flow of small output,can be 2-3mm of fixed-point precision control of the operation,in particular in favor of precious materials or dangerous working conditions of the operation.

比例特性：各执行机构均可实现无极比例调速，并不受负载变化的影响，执行机构动作重复精度高。

    The proportion characteristics:The implementing agencies to achieve stopless speed are not affected by the impact of       changes in the load,the executive body moves to repeat the high accuracy.

    节能降耗：应用在泵控负荷传感系统（变量系统）中，中位时整个系统处于低压待命状态，而在换向工作时，泵根据执行机构所需流量大小输出流量；应用在阀控（定量泵）系统中，溢流压力只比实际工作压力高控制压差溢流，也有一定的节能效果。

     Energy consumption:When used in load-sensing control system(variable series),the median time at a low pressure system as a whole stand-by status,and in exchange to work,according to the implementing agencies needed to pump the size of the output flow of traffic;application in the valve (quantitative pump) system,overflow pressure than the actual work of the high pressure differential control overflow,there are certain energy-saving effect.

     操作控制形式多样化：具有手动控制、液压比例控制、电液比例控制等操作控制形式。

     Control forms:With manual control.hydraulic proportional control,the proportion of electro-hydraulic control to manipulate the form of control.

 压力流量补偿阀的控制压差范围：0.7-2MPa，可根据主机使用工况需求调定。

 Pressure difference range of pressure flow compensating valve:0.7-2MPa.According to the work of the host needs to adjust    应用领域：20T-80T汽车起重机、履带吊、旋挖钻机、船用独臂吊及其它机械。

Applications:20T-80T truck cranes,caterpillar cranes,drilling machine,shipping one-armed hoist and other machinery.
